• RawAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or recommendations provided.
• The Services should not be relied upon to make critical health decisions. Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before making any changes to their diet, medications, or lifestyle.

4. User Responsibility

You acknowledge that your use of the Services is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for:

• Any decisions or actions you take based on information provided through the Services.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some features of the Services require a paid subscription, which will be clearly disclosed during the registration or purchase process. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing and Payment: You will be charged on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) based on the subscription plan you select. Payments will be processed through the app store associated with your device (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective payment terms and conditions.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will have access to subscription features for the duration of the trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
• Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the app store. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of a subscription.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we do, we will provide notice of the change, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
• Access to Paid Features: Your subscription grants you access to advanced features, tools, and insights. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to these features at the end of the current billing cycle.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RawAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. In no event shall RawAI's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
